Any ERASMUS+ exchange (incoming) student interested in placement/internship at one of the University’s faculties must send an inquiry directly to the department coordinators from the faculty in which they want to do the practice/internship. Placements are tailored to a candidate’s profile and expectations, as well as the faculty’s capacity to organise a desired placement.

During the application for the placement, students must complete the following documents:

  1. The Learning Agreement for Traineeship (before the mobility) form is signed by the sending institution, the student, and the home institution, and is sent to the lab/department where the student will undertake the placement mobility at the host institution.
  2. The Acceptance Letter will be issued at the lab/department level.
  3. The accommodation is organised by the student.
