The General Directorate coordinates, through personnel with training in the social-economic, administrative and technical fields, the entire administrative, technical and financial-accounting activity of the university, in the following sectors:
- patrimony, real estate, university, management;
- investments, repairs, and maintenance;
- financial and accounting: managing and keeping track of all budgetary and extra-budgetary resources;
- payroll and human resources management;
- research;
- university resources: libraries, computer networks, telecommunication, etc.;
- managing dormitories and canteens;
- editing courses and academic publications.
