The General Directorate coordinates, through personnel with training in the social-economic, administrative and technical fields, the entire administrative, technical and financial-accounting activity of the university, in the following sectors:

  • patrimony, real estate, university, management;
  • investments, repairs, and maintenance;
  • financial and accounting: managing and keeping track of all budgetary and extra-budgetary resources;
  • payroll and human resources management;
  • research;
  • university resources: libraries, computer networks, telecommunication, etc.;
  • managing dormitories and canteens;
  • editing courses and academic publications.
