DESCRIPTION:The 10th International Conference of Management and Industrial Engineering ICMIE is organized by the Entrepreneurship and Management Department of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering and Management (FEBEM – FAIMA) from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, on  November 11th – 13th, 2021, in Bucharest, Romania.\nThe first edition started in 2003 and is being organized ever since, every two years.\nThe aim of the conference is to provide an opportunity for academics and those involved in research to debate new concepts, approaches and innovative\nchange management practices within the world of business and in a wider dynamic environment context. Any other information regarding the past editions can be found on the conference website: www.icmie-faima.ro.\nThe ICMIE 2021 theme is “Business Change and Digital Transformation in a World Moving Through Crisis”.\nAll accepted papers will be published in ICMIE Proceedings 2021, Niculescu Publishing House.\nICMIE 2009, ICMIE 2011, ICMIE 2013, ICMIE 2015 and ICMIE 2019 Proceedings have been indexed by Clarivate Analytics.\nAccording to tradition, ICMIE 2021 will cover major areas of R&D and education related to management and industrial engineering. The aim of the conference is to provide an opportunity for academics, management practitioners and researchers to debate new concepts, approaches and innovative practices in a world moving through crisis. Many companies have accelerated their digital transformation efforts caused by COVID-19 crisis, leading them to learn quickly in an extremely fast-moving environment.
